All apparel purchased directly from outerwearlayering.com may be returned for a full refund or exchange up to 7 days upon arrival.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase; otherwise the return will not be honored.
Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.

Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the garment. The garment must not have been worn or altered in any way.
